Refund policy

We hope that you love your purchase, however, we understand that sometimes it doesn't always go to plan. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us via the contact form and we will find a resolution. Return policies below - 

Change Of Mind Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- Items which have been used will not be accepted under Change Of Mind returns unless faulty.  
- Returns accepted under change of mind will be eligible for a full refund (excluding postage) or an exchange at the customers choice. 

Faulty Returns: If an item is faulty, please contact us:  
- within 60 days for a full refund
- above 60 days for an exchange for the same product or store credit
- Does not include abrasion on the main panel of grips due to the use-case of the product, or general wear and tear from regular use. 
   
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed and refunded.

Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for alternative colours, sizes or products

Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
